After-Sales Service:
1.The HQD e-cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2.All the products are strictly and fully checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 0.01%.
3.In case any defects occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defect is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4.Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
